The CT device has been updated!
Last Updated May 12, 2021
In March 2021, the CT system was renewed, and three new functions were added.
Increase in detectors
The number of columns in X-ray detectors has increased significantly from 64 rows to 320 rows. By increasing the range that can be taken at a time by up to 5 times, short-term photography can be achieved, and the burden on patients, such as shortening the time to stop breathing can be reduced. In addition, by using contrast agents, it has become possible not only to respond to coronary artery CT, but also to perform perfusion analysis of the entire brain.
Dual Energy Photography
By shooting under two types of shooting conditions, it is now possible to perform material decomposition. It is possible to perform general photography and draw fractures that were difficult to evaluate with conventional CT.
Low dose shooting
The image reconstruction process for reducing exposure has been greatly improved, and tests such as trunk tests can be performed with a quarter of the conventional radiation dose.
