social security Application Response Verification Subcommittee

 Although those who visited the Kanagawa Ward Life Support Division on February 22, 2021 indicated that social security's intention to apply, the department did not accept the application. On March 9 of the same year, we apologized directly to the parties concerned about this and made a press release.
 In response to this, we consulted with the Yokohama City Council of Social Welfare to investigate and verify the cause of this incident and to prevent recurrence, we established the “social security Application Response Verification Subcommittee” consisting of external experts with specialized knowledge. A total of five discussions were held at the subcommittee, and a report was received in February 2022.
