Explanation of the system-When you are in trouble with your life―

We all have the right to live as human beings (the right to live). Article 25 of the Constitution of Japan stipulates that "all citizens have the right to live a healthy and culturally minimal life." is.

The welfare system aims not only to guarantee a minimum living for those in need of living, but also to actively provide independence assistance. social security has the following four principles:

Principles of State Responsibility
We will provide protection at the responsibility of the state to the people in need of their lives.

Principle of indiscriminate equality
Regardless of race, creed, gender, social status, etc., as well as any cause of the poor living, we will protect only the current poverty situation.

Principles of Minimum Life
The protection guarantees a minimum level of living that can maintain a healthy and cultural standard of living as stipulated by the Constitution.

Principle of supplementality
All assets, working abilities, and other available items will be used to maintain a minimum living. When other laws and measures are available, such as pension and benefits, we will use them first.
Dependents of dependents, such as couples, parents, and siblings, prioritize protection.

Life assistance
Food expenses, clothing, utilities expenses, etc.

Housing assistance
Rent, security deposit, housing repair expenses, etc.

Education assistance
compulsory education study expenses such as school supplies and school lunches

Medical assistance
Expenses for medical treatment, treatment, etc.

Nursing care assistance
Costs for using nursing care services

Childbirth assistance
Costs for admission, sanitary materials, etc.

Employment assistance
Costs for starting a small-scale business and expenses for acquiring skills

Funeral aid
Costs for crematorium and transporting bodies
