The purpose of the welfare system is not only to guarantee a minimum living standard for those who are in need, but also to actively support independence. social security has the following four principles:
Principle of State Responsibility
We will provide protection to the people in need of living at the responsibility of the State.
The principle of indiscriminate equality
Regardless of race, creed, gender, social status, etc., we will protect only the current state of poverty, regardless of the cause of living poverty.
The principle of minimum living
The content of protection guarantees a minimum living standard that can maintain a healthy and cultural standard of living as stipulated in the Constitution.
Principle of Supplicity
All assets, labor abilities, and other available items will be used to maintain a minimum living. When other laws and measures such as pension and allowances are available, first use them.
The support of dependents, such as married couples, parents, and siblings, takes precedence over protection.
