Among those who are The Long-term Care Insurance insured in Yokohama City who have been certified as requiring long-term care, those who meet all of the following requirements are eligible for the grant.

1. Equivalent to the fifth stage of the Long-term Care Insurance Premium stage of Yokohama City (a person who is exempt from municipal tax and has a municipal tax taxpayer in the same household, or the person is a municipal tax taxpayer and the person's insurance premium calculated income amount is 1.2) Person less than 10,000 yen).
2. Those who have not received the burden limit certification and those who have not received special reduction measures for the taxable layer.
3. Those whose total assets are 5 million yen or less (if there is a spouse, the total assets of the couple is 15 million yen or less). In the case of Long-term Care Insurance Premium No. 2 insured persons, those whose total assets are 10 million yen or less (if there is a spouse, the total amount of assets of the couple is 20 million yen or less).
4. The grantee and spouse do not own real estate other than those specified below.
   (A) Land for residential use less than 200m2
   B. Residential houses
5. Don't be in arrears with Long-term Care Insurance Premium.

This subsidy is for living expenses when using a unit-type private room (excluding unit-type private room multi-bed room) in a unit-type special elderly nursing home in Yokohama City.
The amount that the grantee can receive the grant is the difference between the living expenses (★) set by the facility and the burden limit for unit-type private room in the third stage 2 of the The Long-term Care Insurance burden limit certification.
★If the amount exceeds the standard cost of unit-type private room living expenses set by the government, the amount that can be subsidized is the standard cost of unit-type private room living expenses set by the government and the The Long-term Care Insurance burden limit certification third stage 2.

Example I When the living expenses specified by the facility is 2,000 yen (living expenses specified by the facility <national standard cost of the country)
　　　2,000 yen (living expenses determined by the facility) -1,370 yen (the limit of third stage 2) = 630 yen
Example II When the living expenses specified by the facility is 3,000 yen (living expenses specified by the facility)＞National base expenses)
　　　2,066 yen (national standard cost) -1,370 yen (the limit of the third stage 2) = 696 yen

From the first day of the month to which the application date belongs to July 31 of the following year of the year to which the application date belongs (if the month to which the application date belongs is between April and July, July 31 of the relevant year).
The grant period is up to one year and expires at the end of July every year. If you wish to continue receiving the grant after the end of the grant period, you will need to renew.
For those who already have the relevant letter of advice, we will send you a notice of annual update from Yokohama City by mid-June.
※If you apply from July 1, 2024 to September 30, 2024 (must arrive), the grant application start date will be August 1, 2024.
※If you apply for the grant after October 1, 2024 and are eligible for the grant, the first day of the month to which the application date belongs will be the grant start date.

• A copy of documents that show the assets such as savings, trusts, securities, and other assets of the person who intends to receive the grant (the latest balance page in the bankbook, etc.)

■Submit only if the person seeking the grant is The Long-term Care Insurance No. 2 insured person

• Copy of documents (deposit passbook, business income proof documents, etc.) that show the total income amount during the previous year of the year to which the application date belongs
