Those who use or want to use special elderly nursing homes

Special elderly nursing homes are admission facilities for people who need constant care for bedridden or dementia and who have difficulty receiving care at home. We take care of daily life, functional training, health management and medical care, such as bathing, excretion, and nursing care.
Community-based nursing homes (small nursing homes for the elderly) are operated on a small scale with a capacity of 29 or less. A small number of residents will be provided with the same facility services as conventional nursing homes.

(1)Those who have received certification for nursing care 3 or more.

(2)Among those who have been certified as requiring nursing care 1 or 2, those who have difficulty performing daily life at home due to unavoidable circumstances (those who fall under any of the following "requirements for special entrance") .

Oh, person with dementia often has symptoms, behaviors, and communication difficulties that interfere with daily life.

B. Symptoms, behaviors, communication difficulties, etc. that may interfere with daily life due to intellectual disability, mental illness, etc. are frequently seen.

C) It is difficult to ensure mental and physical safety and security due to suspected serious abuse by family members.

D. Single-person households or living together families are elderly or sick, or due to childcare or employment, support from family members cannot be expected, and there is insufficient supply of nursing care services and living support in the community.

(E) It is extremely difficult to live at home for reasons other than the above, and it is necessary to enter a special elderly nursing home.
