Information on Address Special System

If a person who was transferred to Address due to admission/hospital admission to a facility in the municipalities where the facilities are located, the number of insured persons will be concentrated in the municipalities where many facilities are subject to special provisions in Address.
The Address special system was established to correct such financial imbalances.
Those who fall under the Address special system will not be insured in the new municipal office, but will remain insured in the municipality where they originally lived.
(However, if you enter a special facility in Address area from a general house in Yokohama, you do not fall under the Address Special Exception.)

４．Specific facilities (except for nursing care, excluding capacity of less than 30)
