Consultation center for facilities for the elderly and housing

We have established the "Consultation Center for Elderly Facilities and Housing" as a consultation desk for facilities and housing for the elderly.
Specialized counselors provide individual consultation and information on nursing homes, nursing homes for the elderly, group homes, etc.

• Consultation Reception hours (advance reservation required): 9: 00-17: 00 (closed on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and New Year holidays)
• Advance reservations will be accepted only on the 2nd and 4th Saturday. (Applications will not be accepted.)
• Please note that you may be required to bring your writing utensils to prevent infection.

We started "business trip consultation" from April, 2019! !
In April, we started on-site consultations at community care plazas in the 17 wards of the city, excluding Konan Ward. If you are near you, please use it.
