Consultation center for elderly facilities and housing

We have set up a consultation center for elderly facilities and homes as a consultation desk for facilities and homes for the elderly.
Specialized counselors provide individual consultations and information on special elderly nursing homes, nursing homes for the elderly, group homes, etc.

• Consultation Reception hours (advance reservation required): 9:00-17:00 (closed on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and New Year holidays)
• Advance reservations will be accepted only on the 2nd and 4th Saturday. (Applications will not be accepted.)
• Please note that you may be required to bring writing utensils to prevent infection.

"Business Trip Consultation" has started in April 2019! !
In April, we started business trip consultations at community care plazas in 17 wards of the city except Konan Ward. If you are near you, please use it.
