This list was created based on the questionnaire contents of medical institutions that responded that they would treat dementia in the "Questionnaire Survey on Yokohama City Dementia Medical Care" and agreed to be posted on the list. Information on this page is subject to change.
In addition, there are medical institutions that diagnose, treat, and create medical certificates for dementia in addition to listing, so please contact your GP or each medical institution at the time of consultation.
