In Yokohama City, there are many places of commuting and activity groups such as dementia cafes in the area, and local activities are being actively conducted. For this reason, we will take advantage of these activities and work on Team Orange according to the situation in each region.

Based on the voices of the wishes and problems of people with dementia and their families, local residents, organizations, companies, related organizations, etc. collaborate on initiatives to realize and resolve them. .

■Create an environment where people with dementia can participate in society, and create an environment that makes it easy to participate and watch over.

• In the community, people around you will notice "Is it dementia?" And provide consultation with people with dementia and their families, and guide consultation counters, and provide early support.　　　　
• Even if you have dementia, increase the number of places where you can continue to go and participate easily, as before you become dementia.　　
• Increase the opportunities and opportunities for people with dementia and their families to play an active role as members of the community.

In Motoichi, we aim at community development where person with dementia can live in oneself in peace. The area where people with dementia can live with peace of mind is the following figure from the viewpoint of people with dementia and their families.

1. People around me understand dementia correctly. As before dementia, you can participate in what you want to do, such as hobbies and club activities, if you can't do, you can take advantage of your own abilities while receiving support.
2. There are friends who can consult closely with you and your family, and you can consult with you about trivial problems and get information. You can also receive professional support as needed.
