1 There are two ways to apply.

3 Registration with sponsorship stores

※In order to encourage elderly people to participate in society by going out, we basically exclude facilities and stores that do not involve going out and stores that do not always have Address.
In addition, industries that violate the Yokohama City Advertising Standards are not eligible.

Q What should I do with sponsorship?

A If you would like to receive sponsorship, please fill out the application form (external site) with required items and apply. After confirming the contents, the sponsor will contact you later and proceed with the procedure. In addition, we accept fax after filling out the following sponsorship application form.

Q Is there any cost for sponsorship?

A Costs related to special treatment services such as discounts will be borne by each sponsorship store, but there is no sponsorship fee or enrollment fee for sponsorship of this project.

Q Are there any conditions for sponsorship?

A In order to encourage elderly people to participate in society by going out, facilities and stores that do not involve going out and stores that do not always have Address are excluded. Q How do I determine the details of the special treatment?

A. Determined based on proposals from sponsorship stores. Please fill out the application form (outside site) for the special treatment details of your consideration. We ask that you do not change the service content during the fiscal year, but you can change the special treatment content from the next fiscal year onward. Please note that the cost and service burden of the special treatment will be borne by your store (facility) and there will be no special assistance.

Q When are you looking for sponsorship shops?

We are accepting applications for sponsorship stores from time to time. Please apply from the sponsorship shop application form (outside site).

Q What is the PR of the “Hama Tomo Card” sponsorship store?

A All support stores will be introduced on the website of both Hama and Hama. In addition, we plan to post a supporting store when creating a pamphlet once a year. In addition, we have stickers for store posting, so please use them.
