How to use the Hamatomo Card.

If you present "Hamatomo Card" to "Hamatomo Support Shop", you can receive services such as discounts on products and entrance fees.
At any time, we hand out "Hamatomo Card" to Yokohama citizens aged 65 and over with the meaning that they want to go with their cards and go out with their friends (together) .
We hope that having fun going out to the city with the “Hamatomo Card” will help you maintain your health and find hobbies, and help you spend a lively day.

Where can I get the "Hamatomo Card"?

If you are 65 years old, we will send it to you along with your long-term care insurance card. Others will be issued at the ward office. When applying, please bring a public certificate (insurance card, driver's license, etc.) that shows that you are a Yokohama citizen 65 years or older.

To receive the "Hamamoto Co-sponsored Store List"

It is distributed at the ward office and administrative service corner. ※Information on sponsorship stores is updated from time to time. For the latest information, please search on the Hama Tomo card website (external site).

"Hamatomo Card" can be used at "Hamatomo Support Shop". "Hamatomo Support Shop" is a shop or facility with a sticker of the same design as "Hamatomo Card". Sponsored shops are listed in the following brochures.

Before using "Hamatomo Card"

Precautions for Use (must be sure to observe)

It is issued to Yokohama citizens over 65 years old.
Only one card will be issued, but if lost, it will be reissued. Please contact the ward office where you live.
Please be sure to write your name, Address and date of birth on the card. If you do not fill in the form, you will not be able to use it.
If the sponsoring store asks you to show the back information, please present it.
If you move out of the city, you will not be able to use it. Please return it to the ward office.
Please do not transfer it to a third party.
Cards can be used only by the person himself / herself. It is not possible to use it.
This card cannot be used for any other purpose.
