We provide disposable diapers to elderly people at home who are bedridden or have dementia.

Home care recipients who are bedridden or have dementia (those who need nursing care 4 or 5 and those who are deemed necessary by the head of Health and Welfare Center in each ward in need of nursing care 1-3) and whose households belong to social security, etc. Those who live in Yokohama, a tax-exempt household
Usage standard limit
The following table shows the user's physical condition.
You can change 2,000 yen as one unit within the upper limit standard amount every month.

| Those who fall under the need for nursing care 1-3 and are deemed necessary by the Director of Health and Welfare Center | 6,000 yen (3 units) |
User burden
10% of the standard amount of disposable diapers used (1 unit: 200 yen, 2 units: 400 yen, 3 units: 600 yen, 4 units: 800 yen) will be the copayment amount.
However, for households receiving social security, the co-payment is free.
Applications are accepted at the Health and Welfare Center (Elderly and Disabled Support Division) in your ward or the Regional Comprehensive Support Center.
Whether or not to use it will be decided by Health and Welfare Center each ward.
