Elderly disposable diaper benefit business

Disposable diapers will be provided to elderly people at home who are bedridden or have dementia.

Home care recipients who are bedridden or have dementia (persons requiring nursing care 4 or 5 and those who are deemed necessary by the head of each ward Health and Welfare Center in need of nursing care 1-3) who belong to social security receiving households, etc. or those who live in Yokohama city of municipal tax exempt households
Usage standard limit
According to the physical condition of the user, it is shown in the following table.
With 2,000 yen as one unit, you can change it every month within the maximum standard amount.

User's burden
10% of the standard amount of disposable diapers used (1 unit: 200 yen, 2 units: 400 yen, 3 units: 600 yen, 4 units: 800 yen) will be paid by the co-payment.
However, the co-payment is free for households receiving social security.
Applications are accepted at Health and Welfare Center (Elderly and Disabled Support Division) in your ward or at the Regional Comprehensive Support Center.
Health and Welfare Center will decide whether or not to use the service.
