※Even if you are living together, you can apply if your cohabitant is absent for a long time and continuously due to employment, etc., or if you are unable to make an emergency call due to severe care recipients.

　By registering the Phone number in advance, if a user presses an emergency call button in Anshin Denwa (emergency help call), they can notify nearby collaborators and Fire Bureau of the situation.

[First Report]
　Please register nearby collaborators who regularly watch the user. If you receive an emergency call from the user, rush immediately and request an ambulance if necessary. If there is no cooperator in the neighborhood, please register the emergency reception center of Yokohama City consignment company. The emergency reception center is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
※The Emergency Receiving Center cannot rush directly.

　necessary/required procedures is performed when the user has to be hospitalized. Please register close friends such as family members and acquaintances. If it is difficult to secure it, it can be omitted.

※A landline telephone line and telephone are required to use Anshin Denwa (emergency help call).
