Exemptions are exempted from the basic amount of water charges and the basic amount of sewerage usage fees.
※However, if the person eligible for reduction is admitted to a facility for more than 3 months, it will not be eligible for the exemption.

[Target households]
1. Households with a person who has a 1.2 grade disability certificate
2. Households with an intelligence index of 35 or less
3. Households that have a first-grade mental health and welfare notebook
4. Households receiving special Child Raising Allowance (excluding households that are suspended)
5. Households with those who fall under the following two or more (including cases where two people are satisfied)

• Those with an intelligence index of 75 or less
• Those who have a 3rd grade certificate of the physically disabled
• Those who have a 2nd grade mental health and welfare notebook

6. Households caring for those who have been certified as requiring nursing care 4 or 5 at home
