[Target persons]
(１) If you are eligible for full exemption
・If you are receiving support benefits under the Livelihood Protection Act or the Support Act for Japanese Residents in China
・Handbook for the physically handicapped, handbook for love or judgment of intellectual disability, health and welfare handbook for the mentally handicapped
If all household members are exempt from municipal tax in a household with one of them

(２) When eligible for half-price exemption
The following persons with disabilities are the head of household on the Basic Resident Register and are subscribers to broadcast
・Visual impairment or hearing impairment (regardless of grade in certificate of disability), other certificate of the physically disabled 1.2 grade
・Love Notebook A1 / A2 (If not, a judgment of severe intellectual disability)
・Mental Handicapped Health and Welfare Handbook Level 1

[Procedures]
Please obtain the certification in the proof section of the application form at the Health and Welfare Center office in Address.
(Application forms and envelopes for NHK are available in Health and Welfare Center each ward.)
After receiving certification from the ward office, mail or mail the application form to the NHK application window in charge of the Address area.
Please bring it with you and apply.
