[Target persons]
(１) When subject to full exemption
・If you are receiving support benefits under the Livelihood Protection Act or the Support Act for Japanese Residents in China
・Handbook for the Physically Handicapped, Handbook for Love or Judgment Form for Intellectual Disabilities, Health and Welfare Handbook for the Mentally Handicapped
When all household members are exempt from municipal tax in a household with one of them.

(２) Subject to half-price exemption
When the following persons with disabilities are the head of household on the Basic Resident Register and are broadcast subscribers.
・Visual impairment or hearing impairment (regardless of grade in disability certificate), other disability certificate 1.2
・Love Notebooks A1 and A2 (if not, a judgment letter for severe intellectual disability)
・Mental Handicapped Health and Welfare Handbook 1st grade

[Procedure]
Please get a certificate in the certification column of the application fee exemption at the Health and Welfare Center of the ward office in Address.
(Application forms and NHK envelopes for NHK are available in each ward in Health and Welfare Center.)
After receiving certification from the ward office, mail the application form to the NHK Application Desk for the Address area.
Please bring it with you and apply.
