For those who always use wheelchairs in their daily lives, Health Checkups aims to prevent secondary disorders such as pressure ulcers, deformation, and bladder dysfunction.
Target person can consult Health Checkups once a year free of charge at the designated implementing agency (Yokohama City Rehabilitation Center).

Those who live in Yokohama City and have a certificate of the physically disabled and who are 18 years old or older who are always using wheelchairs in their daily lives due to spinal cord injury, cerebral palsy, cerebrovascular disease, etc. However, if you are hospitalized or are undergoing treatment, you will not be able to consult.

Please consult with the Elderly and Disabled Support Division window in your ward office Health and Welfare Center. After application, "Yokohama-shi person with a physical disability Health Checkups consultation vote" is issued. Reservations are required in advance for consultation. Please make an appointment with the executing agency and consult your doctor.
