What is the Comprehensive Support for Persons with Disabilities Act?

On April 1, 2013, the law (Comprehensive Support for Persons with Disabilities Act) to comprehensively support the daily and social life of persons with disabilities was enforced. . This law has revised the Disability Independence Support Act in order to comprehensively support the daily and social life of persons with disabilities, such as enhancing disability welfare services, for the realization of symbiosis in local communities.
This law stipulates the target persons, contents, procedures, etc. of independence support benefits, local life support projects, creation of disability welfare plans for the maintenance of services, and the burden of expenses.
