Persons aged 65 and over and have certain disabilities can receive medical benefits by receiving certification from the Kanagawa Medical Association for the Elderly Medical Care.
In addition, in order to receive medical benefits under this system, you will withdraw from the current National Health Insurance or Health Insurance Union, etc., and join the medical system for elder senior citizens.
However, those who have received support benefits under the social security or those who have received support benefits under the Act on Support for Japanese Residents in China cannot join.
