Placement of sign language interpreters and tablet terminals at ward offices

 When a hearing impaired person who needs a sign language interpreter visits the ward office for urgent business, etc., interpreters are assigned to some ward offices to guarantee communication by sign language. In addition, all ward offices provide services using sign language interpreters and voice recognition app services using tablet terminals.

[How to use] Please tell us your request for use at each window.
 ①Sign language interpreter 
   Naka Ward every Tuesday and Friday 8:45-12:00
   Totsuka Ward Every Wednesday from 13:30 to 17:00
 ②Tablet terminal
   All 18 ward offices weekdays 9:00 to 17:00 / 2nd and 4th Saturday 9am to 12pm
※If you are coming to the agency for a long-term interview or consultation that requires a reservation, please use the "Sign Language Interpreter Dispatch Business".
※For sign language interpreter services using tablet terminals, communication may not be possible depending on radio wave conditions.
