Dispatch of sign language interpreters in case of emergency

If there is a request to dispatch an ambulance or sign language interpreter at the time of the 119th call, the ambulance will be entered at the Fire Bureau Command Center and contact the registered sign language interpreter when the destination medical institution is determined. Dispatch to

[Target persons] As a general rule, those with hearing and speech and language impairments who have a residence in Yokohama City
[Usage Fees] None
[Usage time] Night: Every day (including weekends and holidays) from 5:00 pm to 9:00 a.m. the following day / New Year holidays: From 5:00 p.m. on December 28 to 9 a.m. on January 4
[Application method] Please offer a sign language interpreter dispatch when making a call by 119 (common to telephone and fax numbers) or Net119 emergency call system (*).
[Other] For the above hours of use, we will respond with the existing sign language interpreter dispatch business.

※Pre-registration is required to use the Net119 emergency call system.
