Facsimiles are installed at the following locations to improve the convenience of communication for hearing-impaired people.

| City of Yokohama, Fire Bureau | 119 (No area code, free) | Please use it when you want to come to an ambulance or fire engine. (We accept 24 hours a day.) Fire Bureau will check the contents of the fax and send an ambulance or fire engine. After that, we will reply by fax that the user has participated. ※If you feel danger due to a fire, evacuate to a safe place immediately without waiting for a reply. |
