In response to complaints from users regarding the welfare and health services under the jurisdiction of Yokohama City, as a neutral and fair third-party organization, we investigate and coordinate with Yokohama City and businesses, and inform the results in writing. , And make improvements as necessary.
Through these activities, we ensure transparency in the welfare and health administration of Yokohama City and promote the improvement of the quality of our services.
We are recruiting committee members who will be responsible for such committee activities. Why don't you make use of your motivation and experience to improve the quality of welfare services in Yokohama City through complaint resolution activities?
Application period
From Tuesday, October 1, 2024 to Friday, November 15, 2024 (must arrive on the day)
Eligibility
・Residents of the city who are 20 years old or older (excluding Yokohama City staff and welfare and health service providers)
・Those who are interested in welfare and can engage in duties with passion
・Person who can perform committee duties such as responding to complaints (interview consultation, investigation, preparation of response to petitioner, etc.) and participating in regular meetings
・Person who has not experience of committee of Yokohama-shi welfare adjustment committee in the past

From April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2027 (2 years)
Activities
・Regular meetings, etc. (held once a month at night)
・Complaints (Response to several cases per year)
(20,000 yen reward will be paid for each activity <FY2024>)
Selection method
Documents will be selected based on essays, and the final selection will be made by interviewing passers.
In early December 2024, the applicant will be notified of the results of the essay screening process and the interview guidance for passers-by.
