Consultation by telephone
Consultation hours are from 8:45 to 17:15 (except 12:00 to 13:00) from Monday to Friday excluding holidays and New Year holidays.
Consultations by fax, e-mail, and letter
In the case of consultation by fax, e-mail, or letter, the Welfare Coordination Committee Secretariat will confirm the consultation contents by telephone.
Please note that due to holidays, the secretariat may be delayed due to holidays.
If you are contacted by fax, e-mail, or letter, be sure to fill in the following:
1. Your name (furigana)
2. Phone number (Please contact me during the day.)
3. Service name, business name, etc. for complaints and consultation
(Example) Type of allowance, type of facility, service name used, etc.
4. Details of complaints and consultations (please write specifically.)
