　The "10 Million Radio Gymnastics and Everyone's Gymnastics Festival", which began in 1962, will be held in Yokohama this year. We are recruiting participants, so if you are interested, please apply. (In the case of a large number of applicants, a lottery will be held.)

※There are shuttle buses departing from 5:15 am, 30 minutes, and 45 minutes from the east exit of Yokohama Station. (Please check the departure location on the radio exercises portal site.)

　　※Live broadcast on NHK General TV / Radio No. 1 (On stormy weather, only radio first broadcast will be broadcast.)

※Information on winning or losing will be sent to the representative by e-mail in the case of WEB application and by postcard for mail application, and to the representative around early August.

　Radio exercises last in just three minutes, but it is said that if you do it properly, you can stimulate about 400 of the muscles of around 650 muscles throughout your body. Although there are concerns about lack of exercise due to the COVID-19 pandemic, radio exercises are like a comprehensive dietary supplement containing various nutrients, so it is said that radio exercises are suitable for relieving lack of exercise.
