This is an event in which NHK TV and radio gymnastics instructor Mika Okamoto is invited as a lecturer to carry out radio gymnastics happily. Why don't you learn how to do effective radio exercises? Participation in wheelchairs and chairs is also welcome. Please come by all means.

Access: From Yokohama-sta.-nishiguchi Bus Terminal 6 to 10, get off at "Mitsuzawa Sogo Grand Entrance" by Yokohama Municipal Bus or Sotetsu Bus and walk 1 minute.
