Open port 5 cityscape town development meeting 2024 Yokohama meeting!

Citizens of five cities (Hakodate, Niigata, Kobe, Nagasaki, Yokohama) designated as opening ports in 1858 will discuss the issues of landscape and town development, and interact with each other. For the purpose, it is held around each city every year. This year, we will hold the 30th “Open Port 5 Urban Landscape Town Development Conference 2024 Yokohama Tournament”!
This tournament will be held for three days from November 23 (Sat) to November 25 (Mon), with the theme of "Bridge to Mirai-Towns and People Shining with the Layer of the Ages".
On the first day, a symposium-style plenary session held by each city participant in one hall, and on the second day, a subcommittee where each city participant learns about the actual situation of landscape town development in Yokohama City through town walks and exchanges opinions. On the third day, the third day, the final day, we plan to hold a plenary session II in which each city participant will review the three days in one hall and take over to the next host city.

An application is required to participate in the plenary session I (free) and subcommittees (paid). In the case of a large number of applications, it will be a lottery.
If you would like to participate in this program, please apply from the application form (outside site). (Deadline: October 31, 2024)
Regarding the plenary session II (free of charge), seats are limited, but participation is possible without application.
