Presentation space Architectural exhibition Fumihiko Maki and Hakkeijima, Yokohama to City Hall

A memorial exhibition will be held to introduce the long-standing achievements of architect Fumihiko Maki, who died in June this year, to Yokohama.
Maki has been involved in numerous research, planning and design related to public architecture and urban design in Yokohama, including the current Yokohama City Hall. At the exhibition, we will give an overview of "public architecture" and "urban design" initiatives in various parts of Yokohama, along with valuable materials and images, focusing on "Yokohama City Hall" and "Kanazawa Seaside Town" where Maki's design philosophy is deeply felt.
