About proof of boundary survey map

In Yokohama City, we have created a road ledger area map and a boundary survey map as a document map for determining the boundary between roads and land adjacent to roads.

You can check the presence or absence of a road ledger area map at the point where you want to receive certification in the road ledger map "Yokohama no Michi" (outside site).

This page provides information on the application for copying and copying of the boundary survey map managed by Public Works Office.

With the drawing copy, the city proves that the distance between the points described in the boundary survey map and the distance between the local landmarks match for the application point.
The official seal will be issued on a copy of the boundary survey map of the relevant location.

Check and measure the presence or absence of boundary markers, boundary mark types, and distance between boundary markers on site.
You can apply if you can confirm that the boundary survey map matches the site.

About tolerance between boundary survey map and actual measurement

• Point-to-point distance is less than 10m ... Within ±3cm
• Point-to-point distance is 10m or more ... Within ±5cm

Documents to be submitted
Please submit the following application documents to Public Works Office.
１. Drawing copy grant application (please use downloading of application below.)
２. Guide map
３. Copy of official map (the application point is displayed in red line)

• Issued within 3 months by the Legal Affairs Bureau.
• Anything obtained electronically is also acceptable.

４. Local measurements

• A copy of the boundary survey map with the surveyed contents added in red or created independently.

Remarks
For proof of the road, it is necessary to match not only the application site but also the opposite road.
If the mark is exceeded or if the mark is lost, it is necessary to restore the mark to the correct position, so please bring the relevant materials and consult with Public Works Office.
The fee is 600 yen per brush (one copy of the drawing) for each application site.

After receiving the application, Public Works Office staff will conduct on-site inspections. At this time, if you cannot confirm the match between the boundary survey map and the site, you will not be able to issue it.
When the copy of the drawing is completed, Public Works Office will contact you. Please pay the fee at the designated financial institution on the payment slip given in advance, bring your receipt, and come to Public Works Office to receive it.
It will take about 2 weeks from application acceptance to delivery.

With copy proof, city proves that distance between points of boundary investigation figure and distance between local boundary mark match about application point (road boundary of application place side). However, since Public Works Office staff will not conduct on-site inspections for certification, the applicant will be responsible for ensuring the matching. In the copy of the boundary survey map of the relevant location, the certification range is indicated by a red line, and the official seal is issued.
In addition, copy proof is treated as a simple proof compared to a copy of the drawing, and the use is limited to the following procedure.
１．Land area correction or map correction to the Legal Affairs Bureau
２．Application for payment or delivery to the Kanto Finance Bureau of the Ministry of Finance
