About certification of boundary survey map

In Yokohama-shi, we make road ledger area line map, boundary investigation figure as document figure of boundary decision of road and land adjacent to road.
Please contact the Road and Highway Bureau Road Investigation Division (045-671-2795), which manages the figure, including consultation, about copy of drawing of road ledger area line drawing, application of copy certificate.
You can check the presence or absence of a road ledger area line map of the point you want to receive certification in the road ledger map "Yokohama no Michi" (outside site).

With a copy of the drawing, the city proves that the distance between the points described in the boundary survey map and the distance between the local landmarks match for the application point.
A copy of the boundary survey map of the relevant location will be issued by stamping the official seal.

Check and measure the presence or absence of a boundary mark, the boundary type, and the distance between the landmarks.
You can apply if you can confirm that the boundary survey map and the site match.

About tolerance between boundary survey map and on-site measurement

• The distance between points is less than 10m....within ±3cm
• The distance between points is 10m or more ... ±5cm

Documents to be submitted
Please submit the following application documents to Public Works Office.
１. Drawing copy application form (please use the download of the following application form)
２. Guide map
３. A copy of the official map (indicated in red line)

• Issued by the Legal Affairs Bureau within 3 months.
• Those that are obtained electronically are acceptable.

４. Local measurement map

• A copy of the boundary survey map with the contents of the survey were added in red or created independently.

Remarks
For proof of the road, it is necessary to match not only on the application site side but also across the road.
If the tolerance is exceeded or the boundary mark has been lost, it is necessary to restore the boundary mark to the correct positionPublic Works Office.
The fee is 600 yen per application point (one copy of the drawing).

After receiving the application, Public Works Office staff will conduct an on-site inspection. At this time, if you cannot confirm the boundary survey map and the local match, it will not be possible to issue it.
When the copy of the drawing is completed, Public Works Office will contact you. Please pay the fee at the designated financial institution on the payment slip given in advance, bring your receipt, and come to Public Works Office to receive it.
It takes about two weeks from application acceptance to delivery.
Please refer to "About attached documents Required for Request for Shortening of Drawing Copies" (PDF: 236KB) when requesting a request for shortening the copy issuance period.

With copy proof, city proves that distance between points in boundary investigation figure and distance between local boundary mark about application point (road boundary of application place side) is match. However, since Public Works Office officials will not conduct on-site inspections for certification, the applicant is responsible for ensuring the agreement. In the copy of the boundary survey map of the relevant location, the certification range is indicated by a red line and press the official seal will be issued.
The copy certificate is treated as a simple certificate compared to a copy of the drawing, and the use is limited to the following procedure.
１．Land area correction or map correction to the Legal Affairs Bureau
２．Application for payment or delivery of goods to the Kanto Finance Bureau of the Ministry of Finance
