About road self-financing construction

When person except road manager performs construction or maintenance about road, it must receive approval of road manager (Road Law Article 24). Because the cost required for this construction is to be borne by the approved person (Article 57 of the Road Law), it is commonly called "own expense construction".

If the application is incomplete (missing or missing attached books), the application will not be accepted. For drawings that are difficult to attach, please consult with the person in charge of Public Works Office in advance.
It takes a certain number of days from receipt of the application to approval, so please apply in time according to the construction schedule.
At the time of submitting the application form and witnessing the completion inspection will be held on Tuesday afternoon of the following week for documents received by the morning of every Friday (if Tuesday / Friday is a national holiday, etc., it will be postponed to the next day etc. You.
