Application for Special Vehicle Traffic Certification

The vehicle traffic certification certificate may restrict traffic due to the width of the road and the width of the vehicle, even if the vehicle does not exceed the maximum size and weight limit (general limit value). .
If you are forced to pass, you need to get a traffic certification from the road manager.

Public Works Office, each ward of the lot number you want to obtain, is the application window.
If the corresponding lot number is in Kanagawa Ward, please apply to Kanagawa Public Works Office.

Please fill in the required items on the Special Vehicle Traffic Certification Application Form and submit two copies with reference to the above notes. Please attach a copy of vehicle inspection certificate.
When applying for more than one vehicle, please submit two copies of the combined application vehicle breakdown.

When the vehicle traffic certification is completed, Public Works Office will contact you. Please come to Public Works Office to pick it up.
