Application for Special Vehicle Traffic Certification

Even if the vehicle does not exceed the maximum size and weight of the vehicle (general limit value), the vehicle traffic certification certificate may be restricted due to the relationship between the width of the road and the width of the vehicle .
If you are forced to pass, you will need to get a traffic certification from the road manager.

Public Works Office of the lot number where you want to receive certification is the application window.
If the lot number is in Kanagawa Ward, please apply to Kanagawa Public Works Office.

Please fill in required items on the special vehicle traffic certification application form and submit two copies. Please attach a copy of vehicle inspection certificate.
When applying for multiple vehicles, please submit two copies of the breakdown application vehicle breakdown.

When the vehicle traffic certification certificate is completed, Public Works Office will contact you. Please come to Public Works Office to pick it up.
Please note that it takes about one week from application acceptance to grant.
