• This insurance is paid for accidents during volunteer activities.
• The insurance premium is borne by Yokohama City, so there is no need to register or register in advance.

Activities that meet the following four requirements:

1. Activities carried out by voluntary groups and individuals, as well as by Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations, a local community organization.
2. No compensation (excluding the payment of actual expenses such as transportation expenses)
3. Activities that are being carried out continuously and systematically
4. Activities with Public Interest

If an accident occurs, please contact your ward office General Affairs Division as soon as possible by telephone or other means to complete the procedure. After reviewing the content of the accident or activity, insurance money will be paid if the requirements for insurance are met.
(Note) If you do not contact us within 30 days from the date of the accident, you may not be able to pay insurance money.
