Implementation Report

Lecture 1 Saturday, December 14, "Let's organize your strengths, experiences, and what you want to do!" ]

Lecturer Kazuyo Takesako, 2024
Lecturer Kazuyo Takesako

[Instructor introduction] Mr. Kazuyo Takaba (Representative of Hakukumi Kobo)
Representative of "participation Hakukumi Kobo", which supports participation-type town development and spreads and enlightens facilitation. Until now, he has supported the creation of places to create through dialogue, and has been active in many places of participation-type community development and social education.
In this course, as a facilitator, participants will find opportunities to take a step forward in local activities and motivate them to practice.

[Work: Nice to meet you]
Participants introduced "other self-introduction" to know each other. It is to introduce the content of interviews with each other as a pair to other participants like themselves. By finding three common points in the interview, I was able to have a sense of intimacy and introduce them to other participants in an easy-to-understand manner.
Next, we talked about the motivation for participating in this course in one minute. It turns out that they are participating for various purposes, such as those who want to think about what they can do on their own, those who want to get hints on solving local issues, and those who want to deepen their activities that they have already been doing.
In addition, business cards were created and exchanged to make it easier for participants to exchange information for future courses. By interacting directly with each other about what activities they were interested in and what kind of experience they had, the sense of distance between each other was reduced and the conversation was exciting.
