Outline of the subsidy system
Type of subsidies
■Startup course
Courses for businesses that have not passed three years from April 1 belonging to the start year of subsidized projects
■Step-up course
Courses for businesses that have passed three years from April 1 belonging to the start year of subsidized projects
■Children's Whereabouts Course
Courses targeting businesses aimed at fostering children's independence and sociality through exchanges and experiences.
Subsidiary companies
Groups targeted for assistance are groups that meet all of the following conditions.
- An organization that operates in Izumi Ward, consisting of at least five members and has rules, regulations, rules, etc.
- Being willing to take the initiative in solving problems and creating local attractions.
- In the case of a corporation, it is limited to a non-profit organization, a public interest incorporated foundation, or a public interest incorporated foundation, and must not be in arrears with municipal tax (special collection / normal collection).
- Do not engage in political or religious activities.
- Being not a gang and the representative of the organization (or representative or officer in the case of a corporation) is not a gangster.
The following conditions must also be met in the child's location course.
- Person commissioned by city is group included in member.
- The organization must be a member of the Neighborhood Associations Neighborhood Association in Izumi Ward.
Projects subject to assistance
Business targeted for assistance is business meeting all the next requirements.
- Public and public interest businesses
- Businesses that lead to solving local issues and improving attractiveness, or businesses that contribute to the healthy development of children
- Business that auxiliary companies plan and carry out independently and independently
- Business to be implemented during the year when the subsidy was issued
- When collecting participation fees, businesses that have clear grounds for estimation are clear and the appropriate actual cost.
The following requirements must also be met in the child's location course.
- Business mainly for elementary and junior high school students living in Izumi Ward
- Operations conducted at least six times a year
- Businesses that are mainly for preschool children and parents, and are not aimed at making friends, exchanging information, or supporting childcare
Subsidized amount
■Startup course
1st year: Up to 250,000 yen (within eight-tenths of subsidized expenses) 2nd year: Up to 250,000 yen (within 6/10 of the subsidized expenses) 3rd year: Up to 250,000 yen (within five-tenths of subsidized expenses)
■Step-up course
1st time: Up to 200,000 yen (within five-tenths of subsidized expenses) 2nd time: Up to 150,000 yen (within five-tenths of subsidized expenses) 3rd time: Up to 100,000 yen (within five-tenths of subsidized expenses)
■Children's Whereabouts Course
1st to 3rd time: Up to 100,000 yen (within 9/10 of the subsidized expenses)
※In calculating the subsidy amount, fractions of the sum less than 1,000 yen will be rounded down. ※Subsidies can be used from October 1 to March 31 of the following year. It will not be carried over to the next fiscal year.
Number of assistance
Up to one business per year per group, up to three startup courses, step-up courses, and children's whereabouts courses are up to three times. ※As a general rule, the subsidy period is a single year. If the same project is to be continued in the next fiscal year, an application is required every year, and there is a screening each time.

When applying for a subsidy, we will check the requirements and business plan of the organization, so please consult with the Izumi Ward Office Planning and Adjustment Section in advance before submitting the documents.

- Business plan (No. 2 style) (word: 26KB) ※If it does not fit within the form frame, please describe the details on the attached sheet (free format).
- Business income and expenditure budget book (third style) (word: 25KB)
- Business income and expenditure budget book (3 years) (2 of the third style) (word: 32KB) ※Can be omitted in the case of a single-year project or a child's location course.
- Outline book (No. 4 style) (word: 24KB)
- List of members such as groups
- The rules and regulations of organizations and other similar documents
- In the case of a corporation, municipal inhabitant tax tax payment certificate or tax exemption certificate
※Based on Article 8 of the Yokohama City Gangster Exclusion Ordinance, we may request additional documents submission to confirm that you are not a gangster.

Changes in business plan
If the application details change or abolition occurs after receiving the subsidy grant decision, please submit a (change / abolition) approval application immediately.

- A copy of documents proving expenses, such as receipts ※Submission of receipts, etc. pertaining to one amount of less than 100,000 yen can be omitted. ※However, please keep related documents for 5 years from the year following the grant was issued, as per Article 23 of the Izumi Ward Regional Problem Solution Support Project Subsidy Grant Guidelines.
Subsidy grant
After the subsidy confirmation letter is received, please submit a subsidy bill. A subsidy will be issued within 30 days from the date of receiving the appropriate invoice.
