Implementation of attractive courses for Izumi Ward Neighborhood Association and Neighborhood Associations

For organizations such as Neighborhood Association and Neighborhood Associations, which are facing challenges in the shortage of workers, we will conduct “Attractive Improvement Courses for Neighborhood Association and Neighborhood Associations” to learn about systems that are easy to accept the next generation and how to operate attractive organizations. Students will learn practically how to utilize their personal thoughts, experience, and skills in the Neighborhood Association organization.

1 Lecture
　　I would like to introduce the points of our efforts to solve local issues.

2 Workshop
　　Think about tips to make you want to participate in local activities and secret measures to make you feel rewarded.

3 Group presentations
　　We will share the secret measures we have considered for each group.

　He has been involved in Yokohama's mid-term support organization for more than six years and is familiar with social activities and local activities in the city. He has served as director of the Fujisawa City Citizens' Activities Promotion Center and director of Flat Cafe Kamakura. Certified evaluator of the Japan Society of Evaluation. Specialized fields include support for evaluation and management of non-profit organizations, support for collaboration, etc.
