Conducting attractive courses for Izumi Ward Neighborhood Association and Neighborhood Associations

For organizations such as Neighborhood Association, Neighborhood Associations and other organizations, which are facing challenges in the shortage of workers, we will hold “Attraction Improvement Courses for Neighborhood Association and Neighborhood Associations.” Students will learn practically how to apply their own thoughts, experiences, and skills in the Neighborhood Association organization.

2 Workshop
　　Think about tips that make you want to participate in local activities and secret measures to make you feel worthwhile.

3 Group presentations
　　We will share the secrets that we thought about for each group.

　He has been involved in an intermediary support organization in Yokohama for more than six years and is familiar with citizen activities and local activities in the city. He has served as director of Fujisawa City Citizens' Activities Promotion Center and director of Flat Cafe Kamakura. A certified evaluator of the Japan Society of Evaluation. He specializes in evaluation and management support for non-profit organizations and collaboration support.
