Period of use	In the case of land use without buildings, the period of use is one year However, if the start date of use is in the middle of the fiscal year, from the start date of use until the end of March of the relevant fiscal year. The period of use for land use involving the construction of a building differs depending on the purpose of use. If there is a request for continuous use at least two months before the expiration of the usage period and there is no obstacle to continuing, the usage period can be renewed for one year.
