Early vote
Early voting is a system in which those who are expected to have certain plans, such as work or travel on the day of the voting day, mail directly to the ballot box and vote before the voting day before the voting day.

Absentee vote
Absentee voting means that those who are expected to have a certain schedule, such as work or travel on the voting day, vote before the voting day at the Election Administration Committee other than the electoral list registration place, or have a certain severe physical disability It is a system that allows people with disabilities to vote before the voting day by mail.
Unlike early voting, electors cannot post directly to the ballot box.
Absentee vote on board
If a crew member of a ship with a gross tonnage of 20 tons or more (30 tons or more for fishing boats) and are unable to vote at the polling place on the day of the election, the absentee vote installed on the ship You can vote at.
In addition, absentee voting on the ship must receive a “electoral list registration certificate” in advance.
Application method
Please submit the following documents to the Isoko Ward Election Administration Committee by mail or bring (proxy/agent is also acceptable).
- Electoral list registration certificate grant application (word: 21KB) / Electoral List Registration Certificate Grant Application Form (Marine Self Defense Force) (word: 21KB)
- Seafarer's Handbook (or certificate of seafarer, apprentices are "training boat apprentice certificate") ※Copies not allowed
[Caution]
When various elections are held, you must show "electoral list registration certificate" regardless of voting method. (Even if you vote at an early polling place or the polling place on the day, presentation is required.)
If it is no longer needed because it is no longer applicable, please return it immediately. When you return, please submit the following documents to Isoko Ward Election Administration Committee by mail or bringing (proxy/agent is also acceptable).
- Issued electoral list registration certificate (original)
- Electoral list registration certificate disqualification application form (word: 18KB)

Overseas Elections
