(3) Being able to perform basic operations of personal computers, office work such as creating and inputting materials using Excel and words, and respond to counters and telephone calls.

2 Working conditions, etc.

Identity

General employees based on Article 22-2 of the Local Public Service Act

Duties

(1) Application reception assistance at the counter / consultation inquiry response assistance

(2) Registered Notification Processing

(3) Computer input of rights transfer, etc.

(4) Certificate issuance business for mailing

(5) Consultation and inquiries by telephone

(6) Material arrangement

(4) Other subsidies for taxation of fixed assets, general affairs, etc.

※In addition, disaster response work in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically auxiliary work, only during working hours)

Appointment period

From April 1, 2025 to September 30, 2025

Working days

From Monday to Friday, work three days a week designated by the director in advance.

※Excludes holidays stipulated in the “National Holidays Act”

Working hours

From 8:45 to 17:00 Break time (no paid): 1 hour specified by the head of the affiliation

Compensation

Hourly wage 1,376 yen [9,976 yen per day] (paid in the following month, 21st of every month)

※Remuneration may be changed during the appointment period due to changes in the system.

Joined employee health insurance (Yokohama City Mutual Aid Association), Employees' Pension Insurance and employment insurance  ※In the case of target age

5 Handling of Personal Information
