1 Details of recruitment

Number of applicants

3 (A1, B1, C1)

Application requirements

・Do not fall under the grounds for disqualification regarding recruitment stipulated in Article 16, etc. of the Local Public Service Act
※Please confirm the reason for disqualification in the application form.

Others

Recruitment will be made in three slots A to C with different appointment periods and working days.
It is also possible to apply for multiple frames together.

2 Working conditions, etc.

Identity

General employees based on Article 22-2 of the Local Public Service Act

Duties

(1) Collection, input confirmation, arrangement and spelling of taxable materials in municipal tax affairs, enclosing and sealing of tax returns, and pulling out tax payment notices (for computer output)
(2) Investigation of input confirmation work in light motor vehicles tax (keijidosha-zei) office work, enclosing of tax notice (for manual work) and return notice
(3) Window guidance and support for municipal tax and prefectural tax return reception, etc.
(4) Inquiry response from other cities (output of inquiry response form, return work)
(5) Other administrative assistance related to office work such as regular taxation (address name, mail sorting, etc.)
※In addition, disaster response work in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically auxiliary work, only during working hours)

Appointment period

A: April 2, 2017-May 30, 2017

B: April 2, 2017-May 30, 2017

C: April 2, 2017-April 30, 2017

Working days

A: 3 days a week, moon, water and Friday. However, working days will not be applied on Monday, April 28, Wednesday, April 30 and Friday, May 2. [Total: 22 days]

B: 3 days a week, moon, water and Friday. [Total: 25 days]

C: 3 days a week, moon, water and Friday. However, Monday, April 21 and Wednesday, April 23 are not working days. [Total: 11 days]

※Working days may be changed during the appointment period after consultation in advance. However, working days will not exceed 6 consecutive days.

※Holidays stipulated in the "National Holidays Act" are excluded.

Working hours

From 9:30 to 17:00
Break time (no pay): 1 hour specified by the head of the affiliation

Compensation

1,376 yen per hour (8,944 yen per day)
※Commuting expenses (equivalent to actual expenses) will be paid separately.

6 Handling of Personal Information
