Isogo Ward Office Health and Welfare Division is recruiting staff (daily) for fiscal year appointments for dental hygienists related to health promotion. Please refer to the working conditions of the registered job type for work conditions etc.

Flow from registration to work

| ①Fill out and submit registration documents | Fill out the registration form (hygienist) (word: 27KB) with required items, and bring it to the application below or submit it by mail. |
| ②Registration procedure | You will need to register at the application site. (The validity period of the appointment request registration is until March 31, 2026.) |
| ③Interview communication | Interview selection will be conducted for those who meet the conditions such as occupation and number of working days recruited from registrants. |
④Submission of application documents |
Please submit the “Application for Fiscal Year Appointment Staff” and “Qualification License (copy)”. |
| ⑤Interview selection | After submitting the application form, an interview will be held. The date and time of the interview will be adjusted separately and will be announced individually. |
| ⑥Announcement of Selection Results | After the selection is conducted, we will inform you of the results of the selection. |
| ⑦Appointment as Fiscal Year Appointment Staff | If you are hired as a result of the selection, you will be appointed as an appointment staff for the fiscal year. |

Deadline for Submission of Registration Form
Registration is accepted throughout the year.
The validity period of the appointment request registration is until March 31, 2026.
In addition, if you wish to appoint from April 2025, it will be until 17:00 (must arrive) on Friday, January 24, 2025.
