Duties
Administrative assistance for Insurance and Pension Division's National Health Insurance, The Long-term Care Insurance, Medical System for Elderly Senior Citizens, and other medical expenses subsidies
※In addition, disaster response work in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically auxiliary work, only during working hours)
Period of appointment
April 1, 2015-March 31, 2018
※If a job with the same job content is set up after the expiration of the above appointment period, and if the results of the proof of competence are good, it may be re-appointed regardless of public offering. (up to 4 times)
Working days
Working 5 days a week from Monday to Friday
※Excludes holidays stipulated in the “National Holidays Act” and New Year's holidays (December 29-January 3)
Working hours
6 hours from 9:00 to 16:00

Compensation
¥198,300 per month (FY2024 results) (paid this month, 21st of every month)
※A term-end allowance, diligence allowance, and commuting expenses (equivalent to actual expenses) will be paid separately.
※The compensation is based on the results of FY2024. It is subject to change due to the revision of the system.
Vacation
Annual vacation, summer vacation, etc.

5 Selection Method
Primary selection

Selection of documents using the application form for the fiscal year appointment staff and essay (details of composition are as shown in the attached application form)

6 Handling of Personal Information
The submitted documents and personal information contained therein will be used only for the purpose of recruitment and recruitment in Isogo Ward, and will be promptly discarded after the expiration of the storage period of such documents as administrative documents.
However, the personal information of the hired person shall be used for employment management during the appointment period, and after the appointment is completed, it will be discarded immediately after the expiration of the retention period.
7 Others
In this case, the suspension condition is that the 2025 budget of Yokohama City will be voted on by the Yokohama City Council.
If a vote is not made, it may not be accepted even if it passes the selection.
