The Hodogaya Western District Alliance was awarded the 5-year commendation of continuous fire-free award. The five-year awards have been awarded in the past seven in the city, making it the first award in Hodogaya Ward.

The western part of Hodogaya is not only active in installing portable initial-stage fire-fighting techniques. equipment and installing seismic breakers at home, but also participating in the initial-stage fire-fighting techniques. equipment handling training sessions every year.
The achievement of five years of continuous fire-free is the result of the efforts of Chairman Sakuma and other members of Neighborhood Association in the western part of Hodogaya.
I thought that the connection and solidarity of the community created through various activities would raise awareness of disaster prevention and the community support in each family, and to create a town that does not cause a fire or ignite.
