Participated in the New Year's Writing Beginning Exhibition Awards Ceremony hosted by NO.24 Ward Children's Association

On Sunday, February 5, the award ceremony of the New Year's Writing Exhibition was held.
808 entries were received for elementary and junior high school students in the city, and as a result of strict examination, 64 special prizes were selected. It was a wonderful work with the children's aspirations and wishes, and I think it was difficult for the judges to choose a special prize from among them.

The history at the beginning of writing is old, and it is said to have originated from the Imperial Palace during the Heian period.
The beginning of writing, which is an important custom of the New Year's resolutions and target words, has been handed down in this Reiwa era, and the "New Year Writing Beginning Exhibition" has become a feature of Hodogaya's New Year.
I think there are many different things this year, but as you wrote, I hope that you will become a "energetic" Hodogaya Ward full of "dream" and "hope".
