Procedures that can be done without visiting the ward office

Here are some procedures related to National Pension Plan (Kokumin Nenkin) that can be handled by mail.
◎Precautions
・Please fill out the documents with a writing instrument that cannot be erased, such as a ballpoint pen. Pencils and erasable ballpoint pens cannot be used.
・The mailing address is the Yokohamanishi pension office. (It is not a ward office.)
