Procedures that can be done without visiting the ward office

Here are some procedures related to National Pension Plan (Kokumin Nenkin) that can be handled by mail.

・Please fill out the documents with an unerasable writing instrument such as a ballpoint pen. You can't use pencils or eraseable ballpoint pens.
・The mailing address is Yokohamanishi pension office. (It is not a ward office.)
