STEP1 Let's try to eat a staple food, main dish and side dish.♪

The first thing you should be aware of when thinking about menus or eating out is "staple food, main dish, side dish" that combines these ingredients!

  • Staple food: rice, bread, noodles, etc., which are the main source of carbohydrates, such as rice, bread, noodles, etc.
  • Vegetables, mushrooms, seaweeds, etc., which are mainly sources of vitamins and minerals, such as vegetables, mushrooms, seaweeds, etc.
  • Main dish Blood and meat, mainly sources of protein, meat, fish, eggs, soy products, etc.

The staple food, main dish, and side dish are different menus, and it is very difficult to have a menu.…There may be a lot of people who think about it.
However, you don't have to use a different menu!
It is OK if you combine ingredients with each function in one dish.
First of all, be careful about whether each ingredient is combined in one meal!

STEP2 also consider the amount of each.

If you are conscious of combining staple food, main dish, and side dish, be careful about each amount next.

In such a meal, the meal balance is biased and the top is leaning.

Vitamins and minerals that can be taken from side dishes, work in various ways in the body and are very important nutrients.
