Hodogaya Ward baby food class (FY2023)

　Hodogaya Ward holds baby food classes once a month for those who have children aged 7 to 8 months.
If it is a good time, we will give you a sample that your child can eat.
It is a good opportunity for a dietitian to see and talk about where your child is eating and consult, so please join us! !

Contents

• Lecture by a registered dietitian (talk about points on how to recommend eating two or three times)
• Cooking demonstration (You can learn how to make baby food and the size and hardness of the ingredients while watching actual cooking. Demonstration of how to take adult meals and how to take soup stock. )
• Tasting (a part of the menu that explains how to make it in a cooking demonstration is provided as a sample. Please note that there is no amount for one dose. )
• Individual consultation (A dietitian will look around your child, so please call out if you have any individual consultation)

It is suitable for about 2 times baby food. The content of the lecture will be about baby food after two or three meals.

• Because there is movement of classroom movement, it is convenient to have a baby strap.
