Hodogaya Ward 2

　The Hodogaya Ward holds baby food classes once a month for children aged 7 to 8 months.
At the right time, we will have a sample that your child can eat.
It is a good opportunity for a dietitian to look around the place where your child is eating and consult, so please join us!

Contents

• Lecture by a registered dietitian (talk about the points of how to recommend eating 2-3 baby food)
• Cooking demonstration (You can learn how to make baby food and the hardness of the ingredients while watching actual cooking. Demonstration will also be made from adult meals and how to take soup stock. )
• Tasting (A part of the menu that explains how to make it in the cooking demonstration will be provided as tasting. Please note that there is no one-time amount.
• Individual consultation (a dietitian will look around your child, so if you have any individual consultation, please call us)

It is appropriate to eat about 2 baby food. The content of the lecture will be about baby food after a meal two or three times.
