A person living alone who falls under any of the following and is difficult to cooperate with family members and close people and cannot take oversized garbage to the designated place. In addition, even if there is a cohabitant, if the cohabitant falls under any of the following, such as the elderly or a young person, it is eligible.

1 Person who has been issued certificate of the physically disabled
2 Those who have been issued a love notebook
3 Persons who have been issued the Mental Handicapped Health and Welfare Handbook
4 Those who have been certified by The Long-term Care Insurance (support required)
5 Persons 65 years or older who cannot take out garbage
6 Pregnant women or injured persons who have been approved by the office manager
