A flyer arrived at home saying, "I will carry out drainage pipe cleaning by high pressure cleaning at a low price." Is there anything to do with the city?

These flyers are created and distributed independently by drain pipe cleaning companies and have nothing to do with Water Works Bureau or Environmental Planning Bureau, which manages sewerage systems. Yokohama City does not clean drainage facilities (drain pipes, masu, etc.) in residential land.
