As drainage facilities in residential land are managed by individuals, Yokohama City will not dispatch a contractor for inspection and cleaning. Even if there is a solicitation for free inspection, please refuse clearly if not necessary.
When staff or contractor of city visit home by investigation for business of city, we always show identification card, please confirm.
