If you pay by fund transfer from Yokohama City, you will be notified of the transfer details (up to 20 digits).

"Up to 15 digits specified as "Yokohamashi +" Invoice number (application number in case of regular expenditure application form)" = Maximum 20 digits
※When we do not specify "bill number (application number)", we specify arbitrary character in Motoichi.
※The actual number of characters that can be entered in the passbook varies depending on the financial institution, so there is a possibility that it will be interrupted. In addition, some payments may not be as described above. For more information, please contact the following inquiries.

If there are multiple payments listed on the same payment date, the same account, or the same passbook, the transfer process may be performed at once with the total amount of one case.

1 Invoice number is indicated
　　"Yokohamashi + ward shortened alphabet 1 character + bill number (6 digits)".
　　However, for payments from other than the ward office, the part of the shortened letter will not be displayed, and one blank letter will be blank.

2 No invoice number is stated
　　It becomes "Yokohamashi + ward station shortening kana 5 characters + section code (two digits)".
　　However, the payment from the school will be "Yokohamashi + Kakaku (3 characters) + school code (4 digits)".

　　"Yokohamashi + ward shortened alphabet 1 character + application number (6 digits)".
　　However, for payments from other than the ward office, the part of the shortened letter will not be displayed, and one blank letter will be blank.

The characters displayed on the bank account are as follows.
1 When the submitted invoice contains the invoice number.

2 When the submitted invoice does not include the invoice number.
