We have decided on business planners for 54 blocks, 56-1 blocks and 61 blocks (part) in Minato Mirai 21 district

Business planner of Minato Mirai 21 district 54 blocks, 56-1 block and 61 blocks (partial proposals in the 60, 61, 62 block open call for participants) that had been conducting open recruitment of developers since August 2015 Decided.
In the future, land utilization based on the proposals, it is expected that the creation of towns in the Minato Mirai 21 district and the attraction of companies to the surrounding blocks will be further promoted.
In addition, about 53 blocks and 55-1 blocks that were not proposed in the open call for participants in 2015, we are going to carry out reopen call for participants early in 2016.

Recruitment Guidelines for recruitment of 53 block and 54 block development companies "Fifth Land Disposal Conditions (Main Contracts, etc.) 14 Additional information on resetting of ground rights (blower bold part below).

In the Minato Mirai 21 district 53 blocks and 54 blocks, the city uses the land for the purpose of owning railway facilities or road facilities.
In the real estate registration at the time of open call for participants, the ground right of (1) below when the Yokohama Land Development Corporation owned the land is displayed.
When transferring land ownership to the prospective business owner, the ground right will be reset based on the following contents.
In addition, about land of the following (2), a part of existing pedestrian bridge is installed, and on the occasion of land ownership transfer to business planner, we set ground right of city.

The consideration for the resetting and setting of these ground rights is free of charge.
(Additional matter: In order to secure the current pedestrian flow line from the existing underground entrance, even if the resetting contents of Motoichi ground rights are added, the consideration will be free of charge.)
