Business planner of a part of Minato Mirai 21 district 54 block, 56-1 block and 61 block (partial division proposal in 60, 61, 62 block open call for participants), which had been conducting open call for developers since August 2015 Was decided.
In the future, land utilization will be carried out based on the proposals, and it is expected that the creation of liveliness in the city of Minato Mirai 21 district and the attraction of companies to surrounding blocks will further advance.
In addition, about 53 block and 55-1 block which were not proposed in open call for participants in 2015, we plan to carry out reopen call for participants early in 2016.

Recruitment Guidelines for 53 Blocks and 54 Block Development Companies "Fifth Land Disposal Conditions (Main Contract Details)" 14 Additional items will be added to the reset of ground rights (in bold parts below).
